Self Directed Support Events


As part of the phased roll out of Self Directed Support, a Stakeholder Engagement Event was held in each HSC Trust locality between May and June 2015.

The purpose of these Stakeholder Events was to provide information about Self Directed Support and to continue the process of engagement with stakeholders to plan for the future.

These Events were very well attended across all Trusts, with over 350 Stakeholders attending the 5 events including Service Users, Carers, HSC Staff from all operational levels, Community/ Voluntary and Independent Organisations and trade union representatives to name a few.
