This week marks the launch of a five week HSC mental and emotional wellbeing social media campaign using the theme ‘Holding On To Hope in a Changing World’.
NI’s five Health and Social Care Trusts and the NI Ambulance Service have joined forces with the Public Health Agency to link campaign activity between World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 September and World Mental Health Day 10 October.
The campaign is also supported by the Health and Social Care Board, COVID Wellbeing NI network members, the NI Interim Mental Health Champion, community and voluntary organisations and local councils.
An online Interactive Campaign Pack has been created, filled with resources and information, with links to organisations and services that can offer support.
One of the key elements of the campaign is the Hope Quiz. This is a short multiple choice quiz that will determine your current levels of hope. The interactive quiz will direct people to resources, tips and advice that will help improve a sense of hopefulness and promote better mental and emotional wellbeing.
The Interactive Campaign Pack and to take the Hope Quiz is hosted on www.mindingyourhead.info
To show support for the campaign, PHA are urging all partners to add the strapline to your email signature.
