Carers NI:
Provides an information service for carers and professionals, dealing with a range of issues such as carers’ benefits, community care and services for carers. Offers carers the chance to meet with other carers, share experiences and reduce the feeling of isolation that carers often feel through local branches and groups.

Child Brain Injury Trust:
Provides information, advice and support for children living with a brain injury and their families throughout Northern Ireland, support for teachers and teaching assistants, helping them to understand brain injury through training, awareness-raising sessions and written information. Child Brain Injury Trust has two dedicated Child and Family Support Officers in NI and between them, they cover the whole of the province.

The Cedar Foundation:
Delivers a range of services that enable people with disabilities to get the most out of life and to be fully included in their communities. Services are centred around the individual needs of each person and are delivered throughout Northern Ireland. Services include employment and learning, living and accommodation and support to children and carers.

Headway:
Provides information and social support to people living with brain injury, their families and carers offering training, advice, information and support. There are groups and branches throughout the province that deliver localised services ranging from social meetings, carers groups, counselling etc. Contact to find information on your local group or branch.

Reconnect:
Works in support of adults with acquired brain injury, enabling them to achieve their maximum potential through structured programmes based on the individuals and their personal goals.
