How to Get Involved

The Review is keen to engage with the public, those providing health and social care services, and a wide range of other stakeholders. The Review team is undertaking a process of engagement which includes meetings, workshops and an online survey. Information on how you can provide your input to the Review is provided below.

Online Survey

THIS SURVEY HAS NOW CLOSED.
The online survey asks questions about the provision of health and social care services now and in the future. The survey is intended for the general public and those working in the provision of health and social care services. It can also be completed on behalf of organisations wishing to submit their views to the Review. The survey will close on Sunday 20th November, 2011.
